The East Bay Regional is an event organized by FIRST and hosted by our team at Berkeley High School!
What IS First?
FIRST is the world's leading youth-serving nonprofit. Founded in 1989, it now has reached over 2.5 million students in over 100 countries! Teams compete in a different, competition every year building industrial sized robots bidding for a spot at the world championships in Houston.

WHat is the east bay regional? what teams are participating?
The East Bay Regional is a brand new event organized by FIRST open to the public, and its being hosted by us! With over 60 teams participating, there will be robots, and teams, from Australia, Turkey, Taiwan, and more! We will be providing the space, and food will be available for purchase. Please consider watching the competition and supporting our team! Not only that but we will also be having a number of guest speakers and panels at the competition!
We will be hosting tours led by our very own team members. We will lead you through the background of this event and expand your depth of understanding of Robotics.
